The following rules and regulations shall be included in, or by reference made a part of, the contract with each and every party taking or using water furnished by the Westchester Joint Water Works.

The terms, conditions and fees as stated in the Fee Schedules as adopted or revised by the Board of Trustees from time to time shall be considered a part of these Rules and Regulations as if set forth herein.

Each premises shall be supplied with water from a water main in the street on which the building fronts.  Where there is no main, the nearest main shall be extended to the centerline of the frontage of the property or to the centerline of the frontage of the proposed building, whichever distance is greater.  Such extension shall be made at the expense of the property owner, with no cost accruing to the Westchester Joint Water Works or any of its member municipalities.
