WJWW is in the process of upgrading the remaining meters in its system that require manual meter reads to meters that can be read by a vehicle based system and or fixed base system. These new meters will improve the efficiency of the meter reading process, reduce the number of estimates and eventually help with more rapid detection of leaks that can result in costly water bills. The first phase of this project in the Town of Mamaroneck is nearly complete. The second phase for the Purchase, West Harrison and the Town/Village of Harrison is nearly complete. We are currently in the the third phase, the Village of Mamaroneck. For further information or questions, please call (914) 698-3500 to speak to a WJWW service department representative.
